The Onion Plant property consists of 12.35 acres of land. On one 2.85 acre parcel there are two existing metal buildings (highlighted in yellow below). Built in 2003, the buildings include a 39,600 sf fully insulated cold storage facility with 23' – 29’ high ceilings and a 14,000-sf dry storage building that includes offices, restrooms and a staging area.

The total square footage of the buildings on the property is 53,350 square feet. The remaining 9.5 acres (comprised of 11 separate APNs) has been entitled for an additional 150,000 square feet of medical cannabis cultivation and manufacturing buildings to be built as 30,000 sf free standing units.

Phase 1

50,400 square feet has been leased to three cultivation and manufacturing tenants at a blended rate of $2.85 per square foot, triple net. Because there are 11 separate parcels, Onion Plant will have the flexibility of offering build to suit rentals and/or sales of individual fully entitled lots.

Phase 2

An additional 150,000 square feet of cultivation and manufacturing buildings are being built in 30,000 square foot buildings for Phase II.
